Dixie's Charm went home today. If you remember a while back Ed gave her to McRae [see post of April 14--I can't get a link going] and we were waiting for her to be weaned from her Mom. In going through the registration process there was a slight kink! AQHA is as pickey as any organization I've ever seen--which is good. DNA is required for registration and "daddies" didn't match. After a thorough search the father has been found and he's a good one. Registration is now in process and Dixie's Charm can be registered. McRae was very excited to be taking the baby home. I wish I could say the same about Charm.
