Well - it looks like St .Peter has already put Mary Ophelia to work in her new house. As I am out of vacation/personal time - I was prepared to take this time off without pay. I told my boss "This is just what we do in my family." Today....I thought , what the heck, I will just inquire with my field supervisor how the bereavement policy might read. She called me back and told me that it was very vague but that I was to put that time down as regular pay! Praise God and all his angels!! Welcome to your new job Aunt Sissy!!
The above is an email I received from my cousin who is a single mom of two adorable young girls. I don't think she will mind me sharing it with you. In the "good ole days" my Mom was always staying busy when she had her eyesight and could move around like she wanted to. She was hardly ever idle. Apparently that is the case now. There have been several instances this week where we see that Mom has her wings. She has constantly been sending "God things" down to let us know that all is well on the heaven scene.
I think she probably said, "Barbara calls this the fountain from hell. How about freezing the water and making it beautiful so she'll look out and be surprised."
She would do that, yes, she would.
