I know that I have other pictures of Tiffany when she's all dressed up with makeup and looking beautiful. But there is no other time that she's as happy as she was on this afternoon. Besides being beautiful on the inside is what counts [and I think she looks pretty terrific here!]. Today's her birthday and I'm not saying which one. I just hope it's a great one!
